How to Submit or Upload Information

Articles: You may upload articles directly to the website by using our Submit Your Story form. All articles will be reviewed before they are published (Registration required).

Events: Use our Calendar Add Event feature to post announcements about upcoming events.

Photos: You may upload photos by using thePhoto Uploader application in our eCommunity (Registration required).

U.S. Mail: If documents are submitted through the USPS for scanning, originals will be returned to the contributor. All contributors will receive credit for what they submit. Caution! We do not want to infringe on anyone's copyrighted material.

How to Submit Updates and Corrections

If your information is missing or is incorrect in the Alumni Directory or Class Rolls, you may submit additions and corrections by eMail.

How Often Are Reunions Held?

Carver-Stephens School Reunions are held every three years. The first reunion was held in July 1982. In July 2009, we held our tenth triennial reunion.

Tips on How to Navigate this Site

2. If text has a gold color (excluding page titles), it’s probably a link that is clickable.
3. Most photos on the site contain hidden links. Click any photo and it will probably display additional information or a larger image.

Why is registration necessary?

Registration helps prevent spammers from overloading us with junk mail, blog spam, etc. Registered Alumni also have access to advanced features... post comments and articles, upload photos, communicate with other Alumni and more.

After you login, additional sub-menu items appear on the menu bar and a new Members Menu will appear in the left sidebar of most pages. These additional menu items are not available to the public.

Why we call it Carver-Stephens Reunions

Carver High School was built in 1951 and held its first graduation exercises in May of 1952. The Class of 1970 was the last class to graduate. Carver High students were transferred to Stephens High School and Carver became the city's new Stephens Elementary School. The last of Carver's former students graduated from Stephens High in 1982.
